Returns
I hope that you are happy with your purchase, but there may be times where you feel it necessary to return an item.

You will be responsbile for the item or items until they reach me.
Therefore, It's advised to send using tracked / signed for delivery method.

If you receive an item that is faulty, you did not order or for any other reason which is my fault, I will also cover the cost of the return postage.

Issues
If an order is returned to me in a damaged condition due to poor packaging by the customer, I will not be able to offer a refund or replacement. Please ensure items are well packaged.
